Ingredients: Green lentils, fresh onions, fresh carrots, non-GMO canola oil, organic soy flour, potato starch, fresh parsley, ground flaxseed, apple cider vinegar, walnuts, gluten-free & non-GMO tamari sauce, fresh garlic, shiitake mushrooms, sea salt, raw organic cane sugar, black pepper.
Cooking instructions (Burgers are fully cooked! Do NOT thaw before heating):
Stove: Over medium-high heat, 3 to 4 minutes per side in a preheated and lightly oiled frying pan. Let stand for 1 minute.
Barbecue: Over medium-high heat, 3 to 4 minutes per side on a preheated and lightly oiled grill. Let stand for 1 minute.
Conventional or toaster oven: Place on a baking sheet with lightly oiled parchment paper in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute.
