Shipping costs vary from $7.95 and up, depending on your delivery area. The larger your order, the cheaper the shipping!
The best way to find out how much you will pay for shipping is to build an order.
We're proud to service all of Canada including Ontario, Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia among other provinces and locales! Due to the perishable nature of our product and time-sensitive delivery, there are some areas that our delivery partners cannot service at this time. Please reach out to our customer service team at hello@livefitfoods.ca to determine if we deliver to your location.
We deliver 2 times per week - Tuesdays and Thursdays across Canada!
We are proud of the logistics network we've developed over our many years, which is why we're able to service you in as fast as 24 hours! Once you place your order, our production team will get chopping and cooking! All you do have to do is sit back, get your work done or whatever else you have going on in your life - we'll get your meals cooked, shipped and delivered fast.
Your meals are precious, and we treat them like it too! All packages containing meals are shipped in well-insulated boxes with corrugated liners, multiple long-lasting ice packs and eco-friendly packaged air to keep your meals secure and cool. If you decide to add more meals for any order or would like to grab a handful of samples too, we'll make the decision to add a second box to avoid overpacking too.
We rely on a network of logistics partners who each have their own policies for deliveries.
In general, you may choose to provide delivery drivers with access/lockbox codes, keys, or other means of entry into your residence or delivery location at your own risk. Though we're more than happy to help facilitate any such request, we do not solicit or promote such actions. If you are not home to receive your delivery, the delivery driver may leave the package in a safe spot at the address you provide. If the driver does not feel there is a safe spot to leave your package, they make another delivery attempt. Simply put, we're not responsible for loss or damages that may be incurred as a result of providing specific delivery instructions or you not being present during delivery.

Subscribe'N Save is our subscription program that lets you save on orders and lets us do the ordering for you! By creating a subscription, you can save up to 10% of your entire order plus get free shipping for every order that we ship as a part of your subscription. You can get your order automatically delivered to you whenever you like (every 2 weeks, once every month, you tell us!). We'll charge your card a few days before shipment to make sure you get your delivery on-time too! You can manage your subscription and cancel anytime, without any commitments.
You must have a minimum of $100 of meals in your cart in order to qualify for Subscribe'N Save. Certain items (including select Packages, Cleanses and Grocery items) may not count towards minimums and therefore may not qualify for a subscription.
You can update the quantities of items in your existing subscription. At this time, you cannot add or remove items from your subscription. If you'd like to change your subscription to include different meals than what you have previously subscribed to, we recommend cancelling your subscription and creating a new one - it's free to do and you still get your subscription benefits!
In order to cancel your subscription, you must do so before your credit card is charged. You can log into your account by clicking on the Account icon in the menu, go to Manage Subscription and click on Cancel Order. By cancelling the subscription, you are cancelling all future orders. This will not cancel any orders you've already been charged for or are currently being processed.
Most of our meals stay fresh for 7 days after your selected delivery date. Yes, our meals are fresh with no preservatives added from us!
Our meals are cooked to order, meaning we only make them when you order them. Depending on your delivery date, you can safely store meals in your fridge for a few days until they're all consumed. If you find you may not be able to finish or discard your meals prior to the printed best before date, you can easily freeze your meals for up to 90 days! Yes, our meal containers are freezer-safe!
Our meal containers are freezer, microwave and oven safe - that's right!
You can easily remove the paper sleeve off your meals and pop them into your microwave for a few minutes or toss it your oven too. Many of our customers like to re-plate our meals onto their own plates as an alternative when serving guests or parties.
Due to the current local and global circumstances as well our cooking capacity, we cannot accommodate any modifications to any meals.
LiveFit is a proud Canadian company, based and operating in Canada. We cook and ship all our meals from our large cooking facility in London, ON!
We highly-recommend you contact our support team to ask about the ingredients used in any specific meals. We cannot accommodate any modifications to meals or packages for any reason. You are responsible for ensuring you are ordering meals that are compliant with your dietary restrictions. Order notes will not be considered during the selection process of your order.
As of April 2020, LiveFit no longer uses Halal meat.
In order for our chefs to prepare your order fresh, we have certain online order cut off times for certain delivery days.
For Tuesday delivery, orders must be placed before Saturday at 9 PM EST
For Thursday delivery, orders must be placed before Monday at 9 PM EST
Our Weight Loss, Keto, and Classic meals contain 5oz of protein, with carbs and vegetables.
Our Muscle Gain meals contain 5 oz of protein with a larger amounts of carbs and vegetables.
If a delivery day (Tuesday, Thursday) lands on a Statutory holiday, orders will be delivered on the next available delivery day. For example, Tuesday deliveries move to Thursday.
At LiveFit, our Zero Food-Waste Cycle ensures that every ingredient in every meal is fully utilized, from harvest, to meal prep, to compost, to seed, back to harvest again.
Our zero food-waste cycle works as follows:
- Our chefs prepare only what is needed for your meals.
-Leftover food scraps are sent to our in-house worm farm and broken down by our hardworking worms.
-The worm casings are returned to the earth and used as nutrient-rich compost.
